Training Package Introduction

DSP considers trainings as a core tool to support improved understandings and capacities on durable solutions. DSP has developed a solutions training package adapted to the Middle East region, with a focus on the displacement in and from Syria. This resource will then be continuously adapted to specific target audiences and countries. DSP has also developed a shorter conceptual presentation on durable solutions definition and pathways to better support a common understanding of durable solutions.

Durable Solutions Training Package

DSP has developed a standard training package for the region that has 5 modules. These modules are designed for all practitioners and policy makers in the region to better understand and apply durable solutions. The training was developed with guidance from a number of organizations at regional and country levels and validated in Amman with colleagues from Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Turkey, Syria, Yemen and regional-level in April 2022.
